Yoga Hana Summer School 2017 Reading List

Week 1 :Bhagavad Gita

During week 1  we will be doing an in depth examination of the Bhagavad Gita.  This essential text is a foundation of Yoga philosophy.  We will be using the translation by S. Radhakrishnan as our primary text.  This is the only necessary text to have and we will be using it daily.  You are encouraged to take your time, read the text before the course begins and if necessary, dig into the supplemental texts as well, as they will more fully illustrate the material.  The supplemental texts recommended are not required but will serve to more fully illustrate the work as well as give it a bit more depth.  They also add to any Yogis growing library.
